How do I know that I will get paid for referrals I send to AdvantageBroker.com?

All of the forms on the site are programmed to verify all of the text that is submitted. If it does not find any text in the "Referred by" field, it will not submit.

What does the banner look like that will appear on my site?

What if somebody places in order over the telephone instead of through the web, how will I get credit for that referral?
